parser3-dev software package provides Files for Parser 3 module development, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install parser3-dev
parser3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the parser3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep parser3-dev *
You will get with parser3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
